About Naani'Ki Jewels

Naani’ki is an initiative towards craft revival and infusing timeless charm into lightweight jewels. Inspired by sepia toned photo memories of our grannies, it is an attempt to remake classic Pattra jewellery.

'Pattra' is a centuries old craft that is brought to life in lanes of old Uttar Pradesh by local artisans that have generations of silversmiths dedicated to this art.

Chunks of silver are hammered into thin sheets that are cut-out and lacquered onto wooden blocks to notch, carve and stud with semi-precious stones.

With each purchase you are supporting an art that is vintage and a handful of local artisans who are experts at it.

Care Details

For Silver Finish:

Clean with a silver cleaning agent or baking soda. Keep away from fragrance and water. We advise you to store your jewelry in a cool, dry box.

For Gold polished finish:

Gold polishing being a manual process lasts anywhere between 3-5 years depending on the use and storage. Once it dulls, you can get it polished again from us or from any local jeweller.

Shipping and Handling

Free shipping within India for orders above ₹3000.
Free international shipping for orders above ₹ 9000 or USD $100 approx.
Delivery within 18-21 business days. In some cases custom clearance might take longer.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are additional and vary as per destination import laws. They need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange

Please note by purchasing from NOMAD, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests should be initiated on WhatsApp/ email within 48 hours of you receiving the product and sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. We do not give return pick up facility. In the event of exchange, buyer will have to bear the shipping cost from destination to Nomad warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us. We do not offer exchange on international orders.

Credit Note:

In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the convenience charge of INR 150; which will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not offer REFUNDS on returns.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. The order placed can be cancelled within 2 working days from date of placement. We will issue a full refund to the source account within 2 days.

Returns:

We strive hard to match your expectations and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged.
