How to take care of Your Naaniki jewellery:
Clean with a partially wet cotton ball and dry and buff with a soft cloth to maintain the original, lustrous shiny finish. Keep away from fragrance and water. We advise you to store your jewellery in a cool, dry box.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product.
Handmade rakhi's once sold cannot be exchanged/returned.
In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Nomad warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.
Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOR RETURN COURIER PICK UP FACILITY.
Nomad does not have a return pick up facility.

In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the convinience charge of 150 inr which is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
We offer exchanges on sizes. Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchange on International orders.
We strive hard to match your expectations and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged.
No Exchange on Sale items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we shall mail a gift certificate to you. In case the item wasn’t marked as “gift “ during the purchase, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we shall send the refund to the giver and he/she will follow up about your return item.
