INTRODUCTION

The domain name www.diariesofnomad.com is registered in the name of NOMAD which is a registered company under the Companies Act 1956. Its registered office is at  D34 harijan basti, vasant kunj. NOMAD is in the business of selling apparel and other related accessories & retails from multiple stores. NOMAD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.


PRIVACY POLICY

NOMAD reserves the rights to allow anyone to reproduce or distribute any content from its’ website. NOMAD also prohibits anyone from further selling the products being sold on the website. The NOMAD logo is a registered trademark of the brand NOMAD & is prohibited from being reproduced or copied.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We at NOMAD try to describe each one of our products as accurately as possible. However, there might be a slight difference of color due to how your monitor is calibrated? If you find the any variation in the color of the products, it shall not be a valid ground for any complaint/dispute.


TERMS OF PAYMENT

NOMAD accepts COD on all domestic orders against a nominal shipping fee. The product shall be handed over only after the payment has been made. There shall be no returns/refunds on Made To Order garments.


CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

You acknowledge & confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you is correct & accurate & that the card is lawfully owned by you. As we do not have access to any of the information/details pertaining to the credit card, NOMAD is not responsible for any fraudulent transaction done by anyone illegally.


LEGAL RECOURSE

We try our best to give you a comfortable & hassle-free shopping experience. If however, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your experience & shall there be any dispute arising out of our association, we shall try to come to a mutual understanding, which is agreeable to both the parties & spares us the trouble to go to court. We believe in spreading love.
